Welcome!
Hi everyone, welcome to Haines! I'm Ms. Korth and I teach Reading and Writing. I can't wait to have an amazing year with all of you! Check out the links I have posted on the right of this page for helpful information like expectations, what we did in class, and homework.
I started out my teaching career at Haines 5 years ago, but then I moved up to Memorial, where I spent 4 years teaching 7th grade. This year, I am so excited to be back at Haines! When I'm not teaching, I enjoy going to the gym, hiking, listening to music, and eating lots of food. My favorite is mac & cheese- feel free to debate me on the best brand because the answer is always Kraft. I also spend a ton of time with my dog, Bean. She is the most stubborn, annoying, and adorable animal in the universe. With all that said, teaching is one of my favorite things in life, and I'm so lucky to go to my dream job every day!
