Library Hours
The library is open every day during school hours. Students are able to visit the library with their classes or with a pass from their teacher.
In addition, students may stay after school on Tuesdays until 2:45 and Wednesdays and Thursdays until 3:00 pm to do work, use the computers, or to read quietly.
Students who wish to stay after school on those days MUST have a permission form signed by a parent or guardian. Click here for the permission form. Students must turn this form in to their homeroom teacher during morning homeroom in order to be allowed to stay after. Students who do not turn in this form at that time may not be permitted to stay.
While in the library after school, students are welcome to:
- conduct research using school computers and library books
- read and check out materials
- work on homework or study
- work quietly in small groups on school projects and assignments
Recreational use of school computers is not permitted.
Occasionally, the library will be closed on a Tuesday or Wednesday afternoon. In those cases, students with permission slips will be allowed to call home to let their parents know that they will not be able to stay after school.
